Welcome to the Global Directory of Genetics/Genomics Professionals ("GDGG"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Eligibility Membership is strictly restricted to credentialed genetics and genomics professionals providing patient care or active in clinical practice. Students, trainees, and general consumers are not eligible for membership at this time.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information during registration and to update your profile if your professional status changes.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

  • Professional Conduct: Communications initiated through GDGG must remain professional, respectful, and relevant to clinical, academic, or peer collaboration.

3. Prohibited Uses You expressly agree not to:

  • Use the directory for commercial solicitation, marketing, spamming, or mass recruitment.

  • Scrape, harvest, or extract directory data through automated tools or manual processes.

  • Share Patient Health Information (PHI) or identifiable patient data through platform messaging.

  • Misrepresent your credentials or impersonate another individual or institution.

4. Account Termination GDGG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, revoke directory access, or reject applications at our discretion if a user violates these Terms or fails verification.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability GDGG provides a peer-to-peer networking platform "as is." We do not guarantee clinical outcomes or independent peer credentials beyond our initial verification process. GDGG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
